Philip Dreyer is a practicing attorney who joined the Justice Department in 1987 where he was primarily involved with instituting and defending civil litigation at the instruction of the Minister and Director-general of Justice. Ruan Dreyer has a B.Sc. Honours degree in Environmental Management - University of South Africa (UNISA) and a B.Sc. degree in Environmental and Biological Sciences - North West University (Potchefstroom). He has completed various ISO 14001 courses, Waste Management courses, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment courses, a course in Game Ranch Management and several courses on Environmental Legal compliance, as well as a SAMTRAC course - NOSA. |
